Challenge
Reach a new and large audience without interfering with existing retail channels. Immediate need for increase in sales.

Solution
The etnies Online store became a member of the Commission Junction network. Working closely with Commission Junction, I moved quickly to recruit affiliates for the holiday season only two months away. With one-on-one recruitment via email as well as eBlasts, a team of 2000 affiliates was formed. An aggressive commission and promotion strategy along with strong creative paved the way for success.

Results
Etnies saw the affiliate program represent an additional 20% of sales in the first three months of launch. Since it’s launch, the affiliate program has represented up to 40% of sales. It is now an integral part of its eMarketing strategy and continues to grow.
